Sevilla accommodation is situated 100 yards away from George Street's main shopping area, with numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, churches and banks in the vicinity.

It is also a short walk away from Moana indoor swimming pool, "Olveston" (stately home), the Railway Station, Otago Museum, 'town belt' walking tracks and The Octagon (Dunedin's centre point).

Because of our proximity to the University of Otago, the College of Education and Otago Polytechnic, we are favoured accommodation for doctors and overseas lecturers. The Dental and Medical Schools, Dunedin Hospital and Zoology Department are within four minutes walking distance.

Your host, Ross, is a retired Police Commander and wife, Geraldine, retired recently from the University of Otago. Their four children all graduated from the University and have since spread their wings.

Refunds and Cancellation

Payment to be made in advance for overnight stays. If pre-booked, a non-refundable deposit of first week or first night must be made.

Sevilla accommodation is not suitable for children.

Telephone/Internet

There is no phone connection in the unit. Enquiries into cell phone and mobile broadband services can be made with Vodafone, Telecom or 2 Degrees. Additionally, there are numerous wireless hotspots within a few minutes' walk at cafes such as Nova and Starbucks, as well as free Wi-Fi in the Octagon.
